Make A Return

If you're located in the EU, please email contact@oneskee.com who will send you a pre-paid returns label to return your item to us.
A return fee (fees by location) to cover the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. Please send your items back in their original packaging to ensure you're not charged any additional surcharges which can occur if you send your items back in larger boxes/packaging.
If you're from outside of the one of these countries we will not be able to send you a pre-paid returns label. In this case you will need to arrange your own return at your own cost. Once you have done this please email the tracking information for your return to contact@oneskee.com. You must send any returns tracked, as without tracking any lost packages will not be insured and you may not receive your refund if lost by the courier.

You’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be initiated after this.
We don't currently offer exchanges - if you wish to replace your item(s) for a new size or colour, please make a return and place a new order.
