SHIPPING
All orders from this store are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands (EU). Only European customers can order from this store.
If you want to ship to anywhere outside of Europe, then you need to head over to either https://www.oneskee.com/ or https://www.oneskee.us/ where we ship from the UK.
All shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your order.
If your delivery address is within the European Union, you won’t be charged any additional taxes.
If your delivery address is not within the European Union: Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Serbia, Andorra & Albania, your shipment will be sent DDU (Delivery duties unpaid). This means you will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary wiely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that all import and duties fees are non-refundable. If you return your order for a refund, you cannot claim back any import fees paid.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to our fulfilment centre, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (*we do not refund shipping costs). Outside of this 30 day period we are unable to offer a refund unless in exceptional circumstances which would be decided by a member of our team.
All items must be returned unworn with labels still attached to avoid any charges. We recommend trying your items on for size before removing any tags or protective tissue paper.
If you wish to return an order, please email contact@oneskee.com who will send you a pre-paid returns label via email. Attach this label to your return and take it to your local post office to send it back to us.
Please ensure you send your items back in their original packaging to ensure you're not charged any additional surcharges which can occur if you send your items back in larger boxes/packaging.
A returns fee that covers the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
You’ll receive an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive - this can vary from bank to bank.
If you're from outside of the EU we will not be able to send you a pre-paid returns label. In this case you will need to arrange your own return at your own cost. Once you have done this please email the tracking information for your return to contact@oneskee.com. You must send any returns tracked, as without tracking any lost packages will not be insured and you may not receive your refund if lost by the courier.
If items are faulty or damaged then we must be informed via email to contact@oneskee.com before the returns process is started. We will not accept faulty, worn or damaged products unless this has been agreed in advance via email.
